General enquiries: Call us on 07000 785 092 between 8am and 8pm for any general queries, home offers etc. Please remember that as GRWE does not have any staffed offices, and the helpline is answered by volunteers who may not have access to all the information needed to give you an instant answer. Our helpline volunteers will always try to help you but they may have to refer your query onward to someone else in GRWE to respond as soon as they can. We endeavour to respond to all queries within 48 hours.
Emergencies: In cases of genuine emergency we can always be contacted out of hours on 07000 785 092.
Merchandise: We regret that the helpline is unable to deal with any queries regarding merchandise or webshop orders. All such queries should be sent by email to shop@grwe.com.
